Dr. Aaron Rosen | Curation & Development
Dr. Aaron Rosen co-founded The Parsonage and curates its exhibitions. He is a writer, curator, and scholar, with a special focus on contemporary art and interfaith dialogue. He is Director of the Luce Center for the Arts & Religion in Washington, D.C. and Visiting Professor at King’s College London, where he taught previously. He began his career at Yale, Oxford, and Columbia, after receiving his PhD from Cambridge. He has curated exhibitions around the world and provided commentary for various outlets, including the BBC, PBS, The Guardian, and Image Journal, where he is the arts editor. He is the author or editor of a dozen books including Art and Religion in the 21st Century, What Would Jesus See?, and A Journey through Art for kids, translated into seven languages.

Rev. Dr. Carolyn Rosen | Community Engagement
The Rev. Dr. Carolyn Rosen co-founded The Parsonage and manages its community relations and programming. She is the Priest of St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church in Ellsworth, Maine and served previously as Rector of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Billings, Montana. She trained for ordination at Wescott House, Cambridge, holds a PhD in French literature from the University of London, and a BA, MA, and MSt from Oxford. Rev. Rosen has taught at multiple levels, from high school students at the Hopkins School to undergraduates at Rocky Mountain College. She has also worked in many interfaith settings, from the Oxford Centre for Hebrew & Jewish Studies to the Jewish Museum in London. She has a passion for using the arts to promote dialogue.
