Dark night dark light

There are two darknesses.

And there is darkness. And there is light.

“Dark and Light” depend on each other (Daoism)

There is night and darkness.

There is darkness from which night and light emerge.

That darkness has no opposite, is not dependent on another. It is not nothing. It is unthinkable. 

It is also called consciousness. Or pure awareness. The way or the light, God. The source of all thingnesses, of all becomings, of all beings. 

That is why there is dark and dark, night and light. 1+1=2 and 1+1=1

Mirrors mirror.

Mirrors point at recognition and change. 

Mirrors don’t judge.

Fire reminds us of the source, transformation, destruction, creation. Alchemy.

Pictures are metaphors, stand-ins.

Pictures are many things but certainly not things and not nothing.

Pictures are openings into that which has no words. The real thing. The absolute.

That is why we ARE. HERE.

Dark and light speak of becoming.

Dark night speaks of sameness. 

The many of ONE and the ONE in the many.
